Ellery Jernigan (she/her) is a New York based dance artist and graduate of the University of South Carolina. She has extensively studied contemporary dance forms, the creative process, and improvisation, learning from artists such as Joy Davis, Banning Bouldin, Tanya Wideman-Davis, Caroline Fermin, and David Dorfman. During her time at UofSC, Ellery’s choreographic work, Dust to Dust, was presented at the American College Dance Association Southeast Conference. She has previously been a part of Yuhas & Dancers, Moving Body Dance Company and Anna Patterson Dance Company, and was the primary collaborator in ERELONG's Unrequited Headbang in 2023.
